The uniqueness of the Balance residential complex is due to the variety of facade coverings—eight different types of solutions are used to finish the complex. Their graphic nature emphasizes the overall strict spatial composition of the complex, and the use of different solutions allows for variety and simplifies navigation for residents and their guests. The proposed cladding consists of clinker bricks and anodized aluminum panels with perforated stainless steel inserts, using ventilated facade technology on a subsystem.
Characteristics of facade solutions:
Type 1. This type of facade is used on low buildings. It emphasizes vertical lines, using plastic solutions characteristic of brick buildings. Available in several color options. Construction: Cladding with clinker bricks using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 2. This type is used on tall towers — light aluminum and vertical plastic make the overall silhouette of the complex lighter. Construction: Anodized aluminum cladding using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 3. Also used on tall towers — strict strips of dark aluminum emphasize the upward thrust of the volume, and gold-colored inserts add variety to the pattern. Construction: Anodized aluminum cladding using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 4. Used on low buildings. The complex three-level design is enhanced by the use of different colored bricks. Construction: Cladding with clinker bricks using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 5. Used on low buildings. A calm plastic solution becomes more complex due to the combination of two materials—brick and aluminum. Construction: Cladding with clinker brick and anodized aluminum using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 6. Used on tall towers. The flat facade made of light aluminum is cut through with dark-colored stripes, reflecting the vertical nature of the volumes. Construction: Anodized aluminum cladding using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 7. Used on tall towers. Gold-colored perforations are used as a decorative element, distinguishing towers with this type from other buildings. Several perforation patterns are available. Construction: Anodized aluminum cladding and perforated stainless steel sheet insert using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
Type 8. Used on low buildings. A light brick grid is supported by horizontal dark stripes that echo the proportions of the volumes. Construction: Clinker brick cladding using ventilated facade technology on the Nord fox subsystem or equivalent.
