City Bay is a business-class residential complex covering an area of 11 hectares on the banks of the Spassky Zaton of the Moskva River. This large-scale project consists of four quarters: Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, and North. Renowned architects and designers participated in its creation: the architectural concept was developed by the Kamen and Speech teams, while the landscape design was created by ARTEZA and West 8. A 750-meter section of a landscaped embankment will appear next to the residential complex, and 40% of the area has been set aside by the developer for green zones, including coniferous and mixed forests.
