The Moscow Architectural Council unanimously approved the project for a multifunctional residential complex on Obrucheva Street.
The architectural concept is based on the idea of an urban sculpture. Parts of the building flow into each other according to the principle of an unbroken ribbon. The volume is highly dynamic due to the varying heights of the silhouette. The building is positioned so that, when moving along Obrucheva Street, the sculptural forms create the effect of twisting and swirling, like a hurricane. An additional sense of dynamism is given by the arrangement of the towers—one seems to peek out from behind the other. The upward movement of the sculpture is capped by the tower tops.
The principle of continuity is also reflected in the facade elements, which remain as unified as possible, not broken into different materials, creating the impression of a powerful and dynamic structure.
